    Figured I would start a log in case I lose my notebook. Started SS on 9-22-09. Stats are as followed;

    Age- 20
    Height- 6'
    Weight- 248

    When I started my lifts were (Lifts are for 3x5 unless specified, except powercleans are 5x3);

    Squat- 155
    Bench- 100
    Deadlift- 177
    Press- 67
    Power Clean- 100

    I never really worked out before SS. I did some random crossfit workouts here and there but never stuck to anything. First time I tried SS I wasn't to stoked with my low numbers, but knew they would go up. Here are the last couple days of my training and my stats as of today.

    Stats;

    Age- 20
    Height- 6'
    Weight- 239

    12-7-09
    Squat- 245.5
    Bench- 133
    Deadlift- 318 1x3

    12-9-09
    Squat- 248
    press- 72
    Powerclean- 111 1x3

    I have never really had much upper body strength, thus the really low press. I have reset it a few times after failed sets. But tonights felt good at least. As for the rest I am pleasantly surprised with my progress this far and cant wait to get stronger.

    That's the most creative name for your log you could think of? Shit.
    For how much you've been eating, I find it funny that you've lost 10lbs while progressing too. SS kicks ass.

    I have had this login for a while. Otherwise it would be JPH.

    Hell yeah man, squats still progressing nicely. We'll have to take a look at your PC, I should be able to see if something's off a little. Too bad I can't see mine, haha. I need a video camera.
    side note: being hi 30's for lifting felt so warm today, that is sad

    Used today as a PR day for squats. Everything felt really good.

    5x133
    5x199
    5x242
    1x285
    1x300
    1x320 (PR)

    Hitting 300 on my squat was my first goal when I started training. I just did not think it would come so soon. Really excited about it. Next stop 400!

    That was some nice work bro. You had another rep there too, it was pretty easy for you. And let us not forget the 70's Big shake. A thing of beauty.

    Today was not a good day. Squats felt awesome, bench, not so much. Second time I have stalled at the same weight. And to pour salt on my own wound I tweaked my back failing on bench so I opted not to deadlift to prevent further stress on the back.

    Squat- 259 x 3 x 5
    Bench 138 fail on 5th Rep of first set
    No deadlift
