Dips make me sore as shit.
Today.
Deadlift: 2x5x135, 2x5x225, 5x315, 3x405, 5x445
Leg press: 10x90, 10x180...10x450, 10x360,...10x90
Crushed the deadlift. 5x445 is a mental block for me, felt good. First time doing leg press in a mad long time. Kept adding plates and getting 10 reps up to 5 plates and went back down. I was breathing heavy and sweating my ass off.

LTE: 2x20x45
Reverse pec dec: 2x10x70
PEcDec: 2x20x70
facepull: 2x20x50
Lateral raise: 2x10x20
Gassed fast this day.
Squat: 2x10x45, 5x135, 5x225, 5x315, 3x405, 5,5,3x420
This was a weird one. Really could have got that last set of five but something odd occurred. I pulled a muscle or something in my throat, it was alarming. Moving my tongue around a pressing on my neck with my hands was real tender. Packed up and left. Went back to normal in about an hour.
