Did a dumb thing thursday morning. Turned around in my shop and banged the tip of my elbow into a chunk of iron we had moved. Terrible elbow pain since then. So instead of 2x2 with my close grip today, the 2nd reps were going to be unbearable so I performed 4 singles instead. Just about anything hurts it. I hope it heals quickly. OUCH.
Close grip--up to 380x4x1
Curls--up to 145x7

Yow. One of the worst places to get an owie. You probably know this, but take any anti-inflammatory meds you might have and alternate hot and cold packs. Thank you for your advice.

Elbow feels much better today though still a bit tender.
Close grip--Up to 305x6x2 (3x2 touch and go--3x2 long pauses)
Military--up to 145x15

Not really a great workout today. Too much grandkids and not enough sleep, for sure.
Close grip--240x10-270x2-290x2-335x2-400x0-400x1
Dips--BWx25
Rows--245x4x8
No energy, no focus, no lift on first attempt at 400. Second attempt I made a bit more of a focusing effort and squeaked out an ugly one. I may have needed another warmup set in the 370 range.
I think I'll take a few days off and restart. I gotta get some good quality sleep.

Doing something a little different with the dumbell militaries. Have not performed them for many years. Felt good, though I started out very light.
