    I thank you, sir!

The comeback trail has been long and frustrating.

Great to see you lifting again, Oldster. Solid comeback already.

    Long time no see, Eric!

    You've noticed I'm tearing the baby-weights up!

Hardly baby weights. I know quite a few folks around here who'd like a bench like yours. I'm sure you'll be back to your previous levels soon enough; you got great work ethic and a strong drive.

Sonuvagun, I'm back! Locked out for a few months, guess I shouldn't make political posts....!

Started a new cycle today after taking a week off. It's nice to actually be handling a little weight now. At least I'm no longer handling just the empty bar when I start over. Finished the last one with a pretty nice 365 single. My triceps tendon seems to be healing very well.

Can't complain, nice and strong, everything went up smoothly. I think a good place to start. My goal is 385x1 by the end of summer. My elbow feels fine for the most part.

"Aw shucks," he said, scuffing the toe of his boot in the dirt with a shy smile...

    Thanks!

Hey, O, how the heck are you? I trust all is well. Do you come down off the hill to lift these days or are you set up at your place? Either one has a great view. How's the elk herd recovering from the winter? I'm sure there's at least one with your name on it.

    Bob!

Doin' pretty good up here. If things work out right, I leave the woods only to run down to baby bear's for a lift. The elk should be doing pretty good, I was busy killing mule deer in Montana when season rolled around last fall.

I've meant to contact you, are you and the missus coming out this way during our upcoming summer?
