I'm really beat. Took today as an easy/deload day.
Dips--up to 85x7
Military--up to 145x7
Rows--up to 245x3x8
Last workout of the year! Probably time to start an organized cycle of some sort. Probably for the close grip or bench, maybe curls as the last one was for the military. I prefer single progression for deads and squats.

Had much more in me close gripping but decided to hold back and end on a smooth strong note as my two partners were struggling. Curls were.......hard..... Bummer.

When my lifting partners got here to my basement today, they wanted to do something slightly different. Didn't work out too well.
22" bench press--up to 320x4 sets of 5
16" close grip--up to 350x1-paused
Chins--12
Should have done much more close grip work, doing 1 top single after the bench work hurt.
