    Lost 7 pounds so far, its been a little over 3 weeks. Some of that I'm sure is water weight since I havent been eating at a crazy deficit, still sticking to 2700-3000 cals/day. It kind of sucks to think that my goal is to lose 45 pounds but hopefully with getting back on 5/3/1 I'll start setting some PR's again.

    Still feels fairly easy, which I like. About a year ago I was doing these and worked up to 45#x3x10 and thought that was pretty good. I guess I was wrong.

    By the by, I tried working with grippers last night and bombed. Lost a few reps with my left hand and could only close the number 2 once with my right.
