    Saturday:

Grad school kicking my ass. Limited time, so I spent a half hour working Snatch (hehehe):

W/U: Burgener WU, SnBal, PVC positioning.

    3PositionSn (3PS from here on): 65x5/75x3/85x2
SN: 95x3 - wasn't feeling it (in a funk this weekend), so stopped.

    Today:
about a half hour of yoga this morning for flexibility

BP @ 172.5: 5/5/9 - had some gas in the old-man tank today I guess
BS @ 250 : 5/5/7 - legs could have managed one more. Back - not so much. Hmmm.

Exam in the morning tomorrow, so there'll be no AM conditioning. Probably not in the evening either, unless you want to consider AM2ozRAP conditioning.

    Wednesday weigh-in: 211

    SP @ 132.5: 5/5/5 - sucky in the morning
Sn @65%(85#) x12x1: a couple misses, but pretty good overall
DL @ 285 x5 - better today (more thorough warm-up), but just couldn't keep going. Not sure I like early morning for this. Need to consider options.

Missed the Chins (time). Will try to get them in tonight or tomorrow morning.

I continue to have issues with DL. Woke up this morning with a pretty tight sacral region in the butt. Pretty sure this is the glute connection at the sacrum that I have managed to aggravate (for about the umpteenth time in the last few years) due to improper pulling mechanics. Seems to happen when the load starts to get heavy. Not sure how to correct this, since I have had some coaches look at my mechanics a few times with no issues. Unfortunately, I train alone, so no one is there to cue me when I start to break down. I am thinking I need to consider some sort of alternative path for getting stronger here and get a damn camera so I can watch what I am doing every time.

After some lower body time out to get healing moving, I'm starting a rehab that John Schaffer suggested today.

    BP @ 172.5 (missed a workout, so this was a repeat) 5/5/7
    @ 115 - max reps - 16 (cause I felt like it)

DL @ 225 (backing way off and going to sets of ten for the foreseeable future here) - 10

    Some extra-curricular cardio after ;D

    Default A few small modifications

    OHP@135: 5/5/6
Chins@BW: 10/11/8 - better, but still low for me. Hmmm.
    HBBS @205: 5/5/7

I'm going to try moving my Friday conditioning to Saturday, and while I rehab (at least) I'm dropping FS and doing HBBS on Fridays instead. We'll see how that works out for me. Just an experiment. They are definitely "harder" than LBBS right now.

Row 4x500m/r2 (target 1:45) - keep all sets within 5 sec of target or done
    1:44.5
