Left hand could simply not push any more on the DB presses. Could be that I should have rested for one more day. Left shoulder still hurts a lot when bench pressing. Especially on the first set.

Nice to do some aerobic finally. This short session went fine. No pain in the left shoulder so hopefully I can start this again once a week.
