Got my 1.25 plates the other day. Plus I think Orlando Barbell has micro plates, so once I start going there, I think I won't even need to bring my own.

    Workout A

Squat: 65 lb. Low-bar: 2x5; Tried high-bar, and it was killing my traps. Only got to 4 reps.
Bench Press: 127.5 lb. 3x5 (got my 1.25 lb. plates in. Good shit)
    RDL: 95 lb. 3x5
Lat Pulldown (Pull-Up Grip): 120 lb. 1x5 (was too heavy for the full 8 reps so I dropped back down to the next increment, 100 lb.); 100 lb. 2x8
    Stretching: 8 minutes

I herpaderped and had some binging time this past week/weekend. Hence, I didn't workout on Friday. Did my first workout with Schwab today. Mostly just showing me the 3 lifts; however with a shorter ROM at first. He said to increase the ROM week by week.

I don't recall the exact setsXrepsXweight for all of what I did, but I have a rough estimation:

High-Box Safety Bar Squat: worked up to 135 lb. 2-3 sets of 5
Bench Press: worked up to ~125 lb. 2-3 sets of 5
    3-Board Press: 145 lb. 2x5
Rack Pull (3rd pinhole up): worked up to 155 lb. 1x5

    Squat Day

Safety Bar Box Squat: 115 lb. 3x5 Box height made me be roughly parallel; maybe an inch or two high
    45 Degree Leg Press: 180lbx12; 230lbx10
    Lying Leg Curl: 70lbx12; 90lbx10
Foam Rolling + Stretching: 6 minutes

Went over to my friends to do Week 3 Day 3 of Ease Into 5K afterward.

Made a new log because the name of this one was bugging me. I'm OCD like that.
