Hello again.
I started Starting Strength around August of last year and got side tracked with my infant daughter. I did have consistent gains while I was doing the program. This time around I am just going to change it up a bit and do the 70's big S&C program. It is similar to SS but varies slightly.

This morning was frusturating since people are now starting to show up early in the morning to train. My gym has one power rack and barbell, and I have to deal with bro's doing 10 variations of bench press in it. I train at 4:30 am for 2 reasons. One, I have an 8 month old daughter and it's hard to get to the gym after work. Two, I usually don't have to wait for the power rack since I am usually the only one there with a few women to cardio.
