Squats felt stronger than in a long time. Must be the sets of 5 across, weird isn't it?

Squat work sets do seems to work best in 5's- maybe this Rippetoe guy is right about something.

Good job on the bench PR.

Misloaded the bar, when changed it from my girlfriends set to mine. That's why the weird weight. So I did another proper set.

Another good workout. I'm slowly gaining my squat strength back. Once I'm up to my previous level, I'll make sure to keep sets of 5 as part of my routine.

Skipped Sunday's workout because of tiredness. The extra resting days felt good. Today's top squat sets were a bit tough but manageable. Soon I'll be at my "minimum" level, and will change to a TM like setup. I decreased the weight slightly on the bench, because I'm already doing those in a TM like way, and wanted to keep a tiny bit bigger gap between the volume and intensity weights. Dips are progressing nicely. Skipped BB rows because of time constraints.

62.5kg 1x1 (would be PR, but had some pressout in it)
    50kg 3x2

    Press
    50kg 1x5

Yesterday's pressing work was a bit too close to this I guess. The weird schedule is to catch up with my original training schedule.

Keep at it- it's always a little tough during a transition in programming.
