Bench press - 20kg 1x10, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x3, 100kg 1x1, 112.5kg 1x1, 122.5kg 1x4@10 (PR), 112.5kg 2x5@9,9.5 - the 122.5kg was 4.5, almost locked it out, spotter touched the bar on the 5th rep, not sure I'd have had it on my own, it was definitely a grinder.
Chins - BWx2, 10kgx1, 20kg 4,5,4 - tried a different plate setup for the chin-dip belt on the first top set and the weight started to swing like a pendulum, putting me off, probably would have had the 5 in the old configuration. I've switched to that from the second set.
