    BW: 100.8kg - eating paleo-ish this month to trim a bit of fat

    Squat - 20kg 2x10, 60kgx5, 80kgx5, 100kgx5, 120kgx5, 137.5kgx5 - No pain, felt strong, used 4th hole on belt for the last set. Have been using the 3rd hole for quite some time.
    Rack pull (on 25kg +3x5kg) - 60kgx5, 100kgx5, 127.5kgx5 - No pain.

    BW: 100.8kg

    Bench press - 20kg 1x10, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x3, 100kg 1x1, 112.5kg 1x1, 122.5kg 1x4@10 (PR), 112.5kg 2x5@9,9.5 - the 122.5kg was 4.5, almost locked it out, spotter touched the bar on the 5th rep, not sure I'd have had it on my own, it was definitely a grinder.
    Chins - BWx2, 10kgx1, 20kg 4,5,4 - tried a different plate setup for the chin-dip belt on the first top set and the weight started to swing like a pendulum, putting me off, probably would have had the 5 in the old configuration. I've switched to that from the second set.

    Rack pull (on 2x25kg +2x5kg) - 60kgx5, 100kgx5, 127.5kgx5 - no pain, slight tightness in lower back after exercise
    GPP - 3x dB bench, 2 arm dB row, rolling dbs, dB curls, dB seated press

    Rack pull (on 2x25kg +2x5kg) - 60kgx5, 100kgx3, 130kgx5 - no pain, some tightness on first 2 reps
    Hammer rows - 30kgx10, 70kgx12, 80kgx10, 90kgx8
    BB curls - 35kgx12, 40kgx10, 45kgx5
    Wrist work superset 2x12,20

    The end of a PR run?

    Press - 20kg 1x10, 40kg 1x5, 50kg 1x5, 60kg 1x3, 70kg 1x1, 80kg 1x1, 87.5kg 1x3@10 (PR), 80kg 2x5@9.5 - felt weak, was aiming for 5 reps.

    I didn't sleep too well because of allergies, didn't feel recovered from Monday's session. I think I need to back-off a little bit, and gain momentum again.

    BW:100.3kg

    Bench press - 20kg 1x10, 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x3, 100kg 1x1, 115kg 1x1, 125kg 1x1, 135kg 2x1@9,9.5 (absolute PR), 130kg 3x1@9 - top sets with hand-offs, but they felt strong. The last warmup of 125kg just flew up.
    Press - 20kg 1x10, 40kg 1x5, 60kg 1x3, 70kg 1x1, 80kg 1x1, 87.5kg 1x3@9.5 (tied PR) - was hoping for 4 at least to redeem Wednesday's crap session, but whatever.
    Chins - BWx2, 10kgx1, 21.25kg 5,5,4 - these were ok
    Dips - 3x15 - only last sets last 2 reps were a bit hard, otherwise alright.

    Press - 20kg 1x10, 40kg 1x5, 50kg 1x5, 60kg 1x3, 70kg 1x1, 80kg 4x5@9 (PR) - these were ok, all reps press 2.0
    Bench press - 60kg 1x5, 80kg 1x3, 100kg 1x1, 105kg 3x8 - spotter was "finger-shadowing" the bar from like the 3rd rep of the first set, so I note no RPEs down. Next time I come to this, I'll repeat the weight.

    Still making lots of press and bench pr's! Great job. You mentioned that you're doing press 2.0 now. Do you find 2.0 "better" in the sense that you can move bigger weights than you could with 1.0, or are the recent pr's more likely due to programming and just getting stronger in general?
