    Thanks!

It's a small step, but still a step forward.

Heh, now imagine 30+ years of small steps like that and where that journey leads you..

    BW: 94kg

    Squat
    20kg 2x5
    60kg 1x5
    100kg 1x3
    120kg 1x1
    142.5kg 3x5

These were hard, especially the last two reps of the third set. Need to focus better on form.

    PG Bench
    20kg 1x10
    60kg 1x5
    80kg 1x3
    90kg 1x1
    100kg 1x1
    108kg 5x2 (PR)

First set was the hardest, which is weird, but I guess I didn't have the form down at that point.

    Pullups
    19 (7,6,6)

    Dips
    BW 1x5
    +20kg 3x5

    A dandy PR, seti! Congradulations.

It is normal for the first set to be hardest, for me anyway. I usually find the first set toughest, then progressively easier with 2,3 and 4, then set 5 slightly easier than set 1!

    Thanks!

Well for me it was a bit similar experience, although the second reps of set 4 and 5 were ssssllloooowww.

    BW: 93.7kg

    Press
    20kg 1x5
    50kg 1x5
    60kg 1x3
    71.5kg 4x4 (PR)

    Front Squat
    50kg 1x3
    65kg 1x3
    75kg 3x3

    Deadlift
    100kg 1x3
    130kg 1x1
    160kg 1x1
    175kg 1x3
    150kg 1x5 (straps)

Back rounded on the 175kg set, probably because I deadlifted quite some time ago. I'll have to focus more on my form.

    Back Extension
    3x20

Thanks! I guess the bench press reserves I was expecting. As for the press, this is a different rep range than I did before, not sure if 1RM went up, probably not.
