Megan 61.5 5,5,5 this is bad ass! Been stuck here for awhile and we think we found the reason today... too heavy of a warm-up

Chris warm up and done --- after the press situation I know better
Megan 75 5,5,5 and his makes two PRs in one workout
Pull ups
Chris 5,5,5 again no sleep=no super compensation
Megan (ring rows) 8,8,8 and this here is three PRs in one workout!

Squat
Chris 225 5,5,5 ----- hell yes. Felt awesome.
Megan 135 5,5,5 ------ this was beautiful and Tuesday will be a PR no problem. She was struggling here before the reset.
Deadlift
Chris 345 x3 hit a bad ass TnG double on this which was a first but I'm feeling a change coming with these soon. May have been a recovery thing, we will see next week.
Megan 140 x5 nice strong back. Got a lot of ground to make up here. Her squat will pass it next week.

Power Clean------- not good at all. Neither one of use could get up to our work sets. Times like this I wish we had a competent coach. Very well could had been not a long enough rests after squatting. I really have no clue.
