    Deadlifts suck. Its in my head that im not getting it so i dont get it.. Happy enough with the rest, but I don't know what to do with the deads..

    The last 1.5 miles in 11:45

    This is not good. This is over undulating terrain, so on Friday, on a flat course, im Hoping to pull 10:15-10:30 out my arse. On unsquatted legs,
    and Andrenaline. Hopefully!!!

    Im joining the Army Reserve. There's a bit more to it than the run, but the run is make or breaker for them.

    Texas method I can confirm hasn't killed me or made me pregnant, bit as Rip says in PPST3, its not for those with mixed goals, and my inconsistent recovery due to sleepless nights with my kids, plus nightshifts, means ive only stepped back the way, and not made progress.
    Ill be back in the gym next Monday. I'll have a think about how ill do things between now and then.
