    2x5 120kg (was sharing the rack with two others, they were 5x5ing this so jumped in.)

    2x3 100kg. Ooft very hard sets

    Deadlifts
    1x5 70kg
    1x2 110kg
    1x1 140kg
    1x4 157.5kg

    Firecalls so will do weighted chins tomorrow. It's lining up for a busy nightshift.
