    Every rep tonight (trained 2330-0020) was a grind. Don't know if it was the time of night or what.
    Today I was at the docs getting my blood pressure and cholesterol checked by them. My family history apparently makes this important. I'm hoping that it's nothing, however I'd be telling porkies if I said I'm not worried.
    To be checked next month.

    3 mins hitting the heavy punch bag
    90 secs kettlebell swings (16kg)
    3x40m carrys 2x56lb ladder weights

    All times 3.

    Then hit the heavy bag for 10mins because I enjoy it.

    Squats were hard, very hard. The rest was fairly easy.
    Was night shift last night, so still feeling a bit frazzled. Even tho it was a quiet night.
