Sigh.
Poor all Round. Back on shift yesterday and my lifting continues to be in the toilet. Spent the morning running round with ladders and putting them up, then trained at 2100 after getting home. I counted my calories and I only got 2400 or so. I suspect this may be my problem, I have also noted my lifting belt has come in a notch. So not eating enough. What a twat I am to take my eye off it.

Today is my first day back after my baws were rendered obsolete.
My left bollock is still quite sore, and I wanted to ease back in.
The squats were not a struggle, but I was gassed halfway through. The pull
Ups were poor. I stuck the lat pull downs in because of something i read over
in Andys forum. Glad to be back in the gym. But it sucked a little.

On a nightshift just now and trained a couple hours after coming on shift.
It all went ok, although I feel very weak strength wise.
My legs are very heavy after squatting. Hopefully
ill have a quiet shift. When I finish in the morning ill be on leave
for 18 days.

got 10, 6, 8, 8. With 45s rest between.
Squats were easy. Pull ups getting better.
Ran the 1.42 miles home with my gym bag on.
