Trained at 0700 this morning, never do that, and never again. Felt weak and still sore from Tuesday, my back feels like it's a bit fucked by the stupid sit ups I had to do. Hence the squats felt hard as fuck and the deadlifts were not happening. I could have trained it through. But I'm not wanting/willing to get hurt right now.

Been a while since I logged. I have been lifting, run through GGW
Once, but because of all the running I have been doing, my lifts have stagnated, or receded. I'm not sure if I'm actually weaker or if fatigue is keeping me from displaying any of my meagre strength.
Recovery wise between working two jobs and the reserves I am struggling for sleep and relaxing pursuits generally.
I am getting in the gym twice a week, even if I'm not achieving much there.
Running wise im nearly down at 6.30 minute miles, which was a kind of primary goal, and a necessity for the reserves, in the new year I can maybe focus on getting stronger again.
Bodyweight wise I'm hovering round 74-75kg. Although I'm thinner all over my body, my clothes are hanging off me.
So I will try my best to keep this upto date, and keep myself accountable, I have a notebook log of everything but coming here helps me process it.
Plan wise I don't know whether to stick to twice a week or go HLM m-w-f, I'm pretty beat, so that may be too much. I'll be running at least 3 times a Week until the middle of December, so Andy Bakers Monday-Thursday thing is prob my best bet. I'll just need to try get a rep set scheme sorted. Until I do that I'll make no progress and just be fucking around.
Anyway the most boring log on here just got restarted.
