    In the gym today, I was being watched by some young stud whilst I struggled in the rack, I figured he just wanted the rack, and eventually when I left the rack to do chins, he put on some squat shoes and (expensive shiny ones) and a belt. He put the belt on his hips like round his pelvis, and proceeded to start doing single leg split squats with a 3 inch range of motion, and 2 14kg dumbbells. At least he looked happy. I still don't know why he was staring.

    I also gave blood today, first time ever and I feel like shit now. That's what I get for trying to help!

    Massive bruise on my arm where I gave blood, but other than that feel ok today for the first time since I did. Hadn't realised I was such a wimp.
