Thanks for the ebcouragement guys. A little bit at a time. I may stay at the same weight for the sqt. and DL for a while, is something Brooks Kubrick called"stabilization" in the book Grey Hair and Black Iron.

Interesting point about stabilization. I'm curious about the effect of holding my lifts at 85% due to the Virus, been at that since 3/8/2020. It seems my recovery times are improving, I thought it would be the opposite. I'll have a better idea when I start adding weight to the bar again. Good work!
