For some reason I decided to do the prssdowns today, I guess the presses I did yesterday affected them. Last time I did them I got 12 reps with 50lbs,today 6 was it.I did more sets to make up for my weakness.

Hey Jerry, thanks so much for the reminder. I drove to Syracuse today, to put new flowers on my girl's grave. Very cold here today, how was it in the city?
