    Thanks Browndog, I won't be doing deficits yet,right notw the bar is just below my knee. I'll just be standing on a plate that is at most 1½" thick

    starting strength coach development program
    It hasn't been to bad,maybe I'm getting used to it. Wearing a wool cap sure helps. My mother was right about that,should have listened earlier.
