    Whats the temp on your side of the Atlantic?
    Here its colder than usual up in the north but not that extreme down here in the south, in the Stockholm area.

    starting strength coach development program
    Well right now it's 28°F, we had the first snow in 700 days last night. About 3 inches here in Long Island.
    As far as the work, I'm tying my best, I'm not sure what I'll try next time on the sqts, maybe 3sets of 5 reps at the same weight. The DL was no reps in reserve, that was it . I'll keep the weight the same and try fo 5
    I didn't have steak, pork chops, roasted potatoes; broccoli and salad for dinner! Stay warm.
