It's been a while since I did the safety bar sqt. I planed to repeat just 160 for 5 but not happening today.
I did go for coloniscopy on Friday and haven't felt right since then. Kind of tired.
Still dealing with the shoulder issues. I'm doing the rehab stuff a few times a week and seem to be making some progress.

I did shoulder PT stuff yesterday. It seems to be helping. I still realize that the left side external rotation is the weakest but seems to be improving.

I really wanted to get 5 reps on the sqts but it wasn't happening today. It was tough form me . I thought I was going to do a back off set of sqts but thought I better not.

Well on Saturday I was attempting to carry an AC unit up from my basement. I got to the steps and going up using my left leg first I felt something in the hamstring. I've had this on the right side a few times WTF. Seems ok now.

I took an allergy pill this morning and it seems to have knocked the shit out of me. I finally started to snap out of it around 3:30.
