Thanks, I'm going to do some band work with it today when i do my shoulder PT exercises. I will lower the weight next time I sqt too.

I like cambered bar squats. Doesn't want to roll down your back, and has a lower centre of gravity.

The bar I have is called the Giant Camber Bar, it weighs 85lbs, the weight plates are 12" lower than the bar on your back.Send me your email and I'll send a picture.

I was with grandson John, he did 3 sets of 5 box sqts to a 14" box with 225.
In between his sets I did farmers walks and some tricep pressdowns.

I probably could have got 2 reps more on the first set of DL and maybe 1 more on set 2, but 4 was all I had for set 3.

This is the 4th session that I've been stuck @ 4 reps on the pulldown, thinking of dropping the weight on the work set and doing 3 sets.

BB row 135/5 5 5
Nautilus Chest press 35/8
Nautilus pulldown 60/7
The machine exercises were done Super Slow fashion.
