Sorry to read of the infirmed family members. That's a lot of responsibility caring for more than one senior at a time. I've got my hands full with my 95 y/o mother, and she's in reasonably good health...fingers crossed.

Thanks.Browndog,one.of.these.people is my 88 yo aunt. Fell flat on her face on pavement.Took.her.to.ER for.CT.scan.Nothing broken but she.looks.like.she.went 10.rounds and.lost. She is a.tough old.lady and.not.complaining about and pain .

Tuesday 12/5/17
Sqts light, decided to try squating with the straight bar. I had bought handles that allow me to get the bar in sort of a low bar position.They clamp around the bar and extend the reach about 8 inches. It seemed to work well,I will try it again when I do squats again at a little heavier weight.
