Decided to do regular DL, did 5lbs less than with the trap and only got 3 reps.
I was surprised to only get 3 reps on the Rev. curl, maybe its just an off day.

It was a poor day for training, I didn't feel that good, had other things on my mind and things to do. Maybe I should have waited another day. I sure thought I would repeat the 175 x 5 for 2 sets no problem that I did last time but after the warm up I decided against it. Time to rethink what I'm doing as far as training goes. Seems I feel beat up most of the time.
It may be that waiting too long between squats caused me to detrain or maybe I just am having recovery issues. I know today in felt like crap. No soreness at all,.just tired. I am wondering is it.due to getting a flu and pneumonia vaccine last week.
