235/5 with belt. I went up 10lbs since the last time I did these a few weeks ago. I had done 2wo with rack pulls.That was about 2 weeks ago. I guess not doing to much helped with recovery.
Did some shoulder work and stretches using bands.
It was sure achy Tuesday, I took a few doses of Motrin and it 90% pain free but certain moves with pressure from a light band sure makes it snap crackle and pop,but it doesn't hurt doing that,sort of like when you crack your knuckles.

Shoulder was OK all day yesterday and OK sleeping,didn't take any pills. Put on tiger balm before WO. Going to try not taking any Motrin.

No progress on the bench,well I didn't eat breakfast,what can I expect.
User a different handle for the pulldowns, it's a 1⅓
1½" diameter rolling attachment, only 12" in length and smooth.
It seemed a little harder to me.
