Yes Browndog, it sure makes it easier to get my WO in.
But I must admit the best WO's I ever got were when I was a member of the Iron Island Gym. We had a great group, just like you do at Mustache. Stay well !

Tricep push down 50/12 12 12
I didn't mean to do the set at 215 it was a miss load. I planned to do the 230 and a back off set of halting deadlifts @ 205 but decided against that today.

V grip pulldown 110/10 140/5 5 4
Couldn't get that 5th rep on the last set of pulldowns event though I rested at least 4 mins. Covid19 stress I guess.

Hey Jerry, we are indeed fortunate in these times to have our own training quarters. Hope you are well-stocked and weathering the crisis with no issues. Stay healthy!

I'm in Long Island, outside the city itself. Traffic is light, all kids are home. I can get food, so far I haven't needed any TP. I've been reading all the posts in Rips CV 19 thread. I'm not sure what to make of all this myself.
I lived through this with my wife in 2009. She was on chemo and came down with swine flu. Spent 25 days in ICU, 20 on the ventilator. Somehow she came off it.
