Planned to DL today,but didn't happen.Tuesday evening while watching TV I got a charlie horse in my RS hamstring.I was a little sore from SB sqts. on Monday,then cut grass with a non propelled mower Tuesday afternoon,That probably caused the cramp. I was a.little.sore today but wanted to lift so I warmed up as usual on the rower and rev.hyper. Did 10 DL reps with 115 OK,then on 3rd rep.with 135/felt the hamstimg.tighten up.so.I stopped .decided to.just.do the press.and.pull.down and leg.raise.and call.it.a.day

I was trying to WO 2x a week and doing the Sqt day one and DL day two.I think I need to consider spreading.out the.days.between.exercises that.hit.the legs.
