Trying something new, I downloaded a program called Heavy Partials, lockouts in the rack

Interesting, Jerry.
Back in the day, people made good gains from isometrics and short range partials. Even those not on steroids.
If you do good, i'll have to see what i can set up, given my limited facilities.
