Curl 70/8 + 3 drag curls.
After seeing a post on instagram showing one arm db military presses. I tried them and found my left arm noticably weaker. I knew I had an injury a few years ago and reading here it was advised to bb press, so that's what I did. I think I'll be using db's for a while to see if I can even things up a bit.
