It wasn't really a surprise. We usually have a few bouts with snow every winter here where I am in NY. We do get a few cold snaps down to single digits occasionally.

I was going to do some belt sqts as a "finisher" today, but I was finished as they say!
I'm trying to sort of follow the rep progession as written on page 230 in the Barbell Prescription. I may try doing the light sqt on the next wo day . I had been doing BP and press on my second day but maybe to much for me.
