    It's been brutally cold here and just too nasty to train in my garage. It's -12 this morning.
    The high tomorrow is supposed to be 34, so hopefully I can do some Deadlifts again.

    It wasn't really a surprise. We usually have a few bouts with snow every winter here where I am in NY. We do get a few cold snaps down to single digits occasionally.

    I was going to do some belt sqts as a "finisher" today, but I was finished as they say!
    I'm trying to sort of follow the rep progession as written on page 230 in the Barbell Prescription. I may try doing the light sqt on the next wo day . I had been doing BP and press on my second day but maybe to much for me.

    starting strength coach development program
    It wasn't so cold as it was damp do to all the rain we've had. I ran my heater for a while to help dry things up. The bar and plates were a little slippery.
