Went for MRI this morning, got on the table and into the machine, headphones playing Hotel California. I didn't make it to the end. Rang the panic button and got out. I did go to a different place that had an open MRI and it went OK. I have an appointment to see the Dr.on the 26th .
I just went through that and I can understand what you mean. After a little while I shut my eyes and it went better. I still did not like how confining it was as my shoulders were pinched together. I hope things go better for you Jerry! Good to see you are still lifting around the issues.
The girl was considerate towards me.

Did at home PT over the weekend and this morning. Going in to PT tomorrow. So far I've not had to take any NSAI pills. I did ice shoulder last night.

I went to PT this morning and I must say that working with the bands is no joke. I've read the opinion of Ripp on PT but I think he is wrong. I definitely have a problem with external rotation on my left shoulder. At least I now have an explanation of why my BP and press has gone to crap the past fee years . I'm going to take the rest of the day off and do some sort of WO tomorrow.
At least you have a reason for the way things are now with your shoulders. I am lucky that I have gotten my bench into the 70% range of 40 years ago. I hope the PT will help and you can improve. What are the people that you are seeing say about weight training at this point?
I had told the guy that's been working with me that I had been getting weaker in my BP and press that was about the extent of it. Today he told me it was his last week there. I guess I'll do what I can as far as any pressing in a few weeks. I'll start off with the Nautilus chest press I have, it's sort of an Incline set-up. I'll do b it super slow style.
