    Wasn't really into doing this today but thought I should. Some sort of hip joint pain still with me.
    I did do my own shoulder rehab work after this.

    Went to PT this morning, it my last visit. I was going to come home and do some back or leg work but decided I'd do some car maintenance and wait till Friday. I do plan to continue the a shoulder work at home.and hopefully get to some DB presses.

    Thanks Mr.B. I have found some different exercises that I going to try. I will try to get some more strength with the DB press.
