    Saturday 7/1/4
    Had Grandson over, he did straight bar sqts, loaded.
    I did one trip with the farmer walk handles.
    Then set up the viking press and we both did 3 sets.
    It sure is great seeing the progress possible as a teenager. I did this with my son 35 years ago too. Seems the boys always beat the old man.
    I went to breakfast on Wednesday with a group of retired mechanics I worked with. One in a sling for shoulder surgery, one recently had a hip replaced and another a knee. I know I'm a candidate for a shoulder but even though I can lift what I used to, I'm doing shoulder rehab stuff on off days.
    Glad to be able to connect with people that think alike.

    The young ones often beats us on physical tasks, then its a bliss to have old friends!!
