Well, you've been making nice gains lately, and obviously that can't continue indefinitely. If you've hit your limits at the moment, it would be a mistake to force yourself into a burnout. That would taken a huge time to recover from. Better to back off a bit, and regain your energy.I'm beginning to think I'm not recovering between workouts.

Thanks Fred. I can honestly say that the lifts were hard. I'm glad I didn't attempt to increase the weights. I've been listening to the Weights and Plates podcast and realize that we have to do what we can when we can. Just be happy to be able to train.
Thanks for your reply Shugg. I'm not following SS.I'm just doing what I felt would work I just mentioned Weights and Plates because they are saying how you can't expect to keep on increasing they weight lifted. I sure know that's true in my case.
