The Bench Press is a Shoulder Wrecker, especially for older lifters.
Thanks again Shugg. From what I read Dan John is more concerned about keeping healthy and fit which I agree is best for and old guy like me. When my son lived near me one thing we always did after out relatively brief WO was one arm DB cleans for one set.They sure got the heart pumping. Same thing with farmers walks. I think that is something I should be more concerned with rather than just lifting more weight.
I have found what few of his videos I have watched very interesting.
