Had a bro workout with a buddy who recently moved into the area and just did what he did. Never attempted skullcrushers before. Testing out compression on my wrist. Wore my new wrist wraps for all this nonsense. Currently jacked af.

Sleep quality hasn't been great since Saturday. I'm going to do a bro upperbody workout again tomorrow because why not?, then I'm headed out of town for a few days for a conference.
Looking forward to reintroducing front squats. I feel like FS helps me maintain a better back angle for HBBS. Wrist should be able to handle it next week.
