I was coaching a couple of guys from my class in the garage and did some front squats while I waited for them to show up:

Then I just hopped in on the weights they were using with their work sets:
HBBS 135x20,20,15
BP 120x20,20,15
DL 155x15
Pull-ups x 10
More importantly, I did one rep (and only one) of gripper training while I was coaching them:
CoC #2 x 1 PR
I don't have footage, though, because much like my Guinness-fueled PR with the #1, I was not expecting anything.
I'll be back in two weeks. Hopefully my wrist will be all the better for the lack of training.
