    My chiropractor seemed to get my back (rib) pain sorted out, and I had a good BP workout this morning. I'm holding off on my squats till tomorrow.

    hold at lockout, 173x3, 181x2, 189x1, 177x3, 184x2, 192x1

    After the back spasms last week and two visits to the chiropractor, my squats felt heavy today, but I was able to hit a PR double.

    Bwt - 197.5
    SQ: 115x5, 155x3, 195x2, 235x1, 260x1, 325 for a 15 second hold at lockout, 280x2*(2nd rep tough).
