It's been very hot and humid around here for the past week, it was about 90 today. Probably part of the reason I was sick last week, I know I was too dehydrated, I'm trying to push the fluids and electrolytes this week.

I'm still draggin' a bit during my workouts after that stomach bug, but I'm slowly improving. Of course, one of my boys said "You gotta remember your age now too Dad!"

Note: I'm feeling pretty good right now, and if I can stay relatively healthy over the next three months, there's a good chance I'll compete again the end of October. I just have to take it slow and steady.
