I had another great workout today, with none of the usual after effects (fatigue, achy hip or back). Fact is, I've felt pretty great all day, with plenty of energy. My chiropractor gave me something to try last week, and it's still too early to tell whether it might be part of the reason. I got a couple more PRs today, and I'm looking forward to my next workout.

Not being tired and achy is a good day. Getting a PR on top of that is like icing on a cake.

The progress continues and I'm still feelin' good. Pushed my BP, SQ, and BB curl today, PR'S on a roll. Cold this morning, only high 40's in storage when I started.

Nice PR's! I'm looking forward to not only your mock meet but also cooler temps like you have up there. Great Work!

I just finished a tough workout, my hip and low back have been touchy since that heavy set of squats on Sunday. I was able to get through it and hit everything I wanted to, though I'm feelin' it now... luckily, lighter weight and higher reps next week.

I just found a meet to compete in on Dec. 7, in New Hampshire. I'll be able to set Vermont State records there, which are currently 281 SQ, 215 BP and 370 DL. I know the SQ and DL are doable, the BP most likely not, but I'll do my best. I will probably pass on doing any max attempts this month, so I can concentrate on the meet.
