I sure know about that night time shoulder issue. I can feel fine all day then turn the wrong way in bed and it wakes me up.
I tried a little different BP program this morning, only meant to last about three weeks, but I can already see it's not for me. It might be good for the younger guys, but I've done better keeping my volume down. I also tweaked my shoulder a couple nights ago, just slept on it wrong, and it's been tender since... need to get back on the shoulder rehab I was doing a couple years ago. Lastly, I'm feelin' some tendonitis in one elbow, gotta be careful with that. Despite all that, I still managed a couple PRs today.

Thanks guys, it definitely takes some finesse dealing with the aches and pains that come with getting older. I got my entry in today, for the meet in December. I'm aiming (tentatively) for minimum lifts of 286 SQ, 203 BP and 374 DL.
Good squat PR today!
Coach Sullivan told me to do lower reps (1's-2's) and medium-high intensity for the elbow tendonitis. It helped. He said to keep the overall volume down.
