You've seen how short my arms are relative to my height. I get to about 10'8-10 when i dunk and I can't do that unless there's no ball in my hands, so it'll have to be a lob. 10'6 is not enough to dunk.
Very few people in the 5'9 range, without monkey arms, can dunk...period.

... LETS CONTINUE THIS IS YOUR THREAD/LOG.
Mine's getting clogged up; I sometimes actually troll back thru my own log to find PR's, body weights, etc, reference points, etc

Link to THAT^ study again please?
3 months of benching have yielded amazing gains as well. I can currently bench 215 at a body weight of 140. I do mainly speed work and do some heavy strength work
My upper body routine:
The workout:
3x5 shallow (3" above chest) bench press @ 0.7 m/s
3x5 push up jumps for height on just jump mat (can get 14-15" now)
2x5 full bench press for strength
Full study
It's for "highly trained athletes" though.
I've noticed that my legs have become differently shaped as well. Like before the distal portion was kinda thick relative to the proximal region. Now the upper parts of my thighs are really big and the lower parts are really thin. Perhaps a result of the partial squat training?
