Did my run & boxing class.
Fri
Press (48.5kg): 5x5.
Will try 50 on Monday.
Squat (57.5kg): 2 x 20 reps.
Deadlift (105kg): 3 x 5 reps.

I felt like my fitness at boxing was pretty good, so I think the conditioning drills & hill intervals are helping.
Today:
Burpee intervals:
6 x 3 mins alternating 30 secs burpees, 30 secs skipping.
1 min rest.
Weight: 10st 11lbs.

Sunday
Bag session. Focus on technique coming along. Upped intensity.
7 mile run. With my SO. Very hot out there this morning.
Watched "Jawbone" yesterday. Not that I'm obsessing about boxing, you understand.

Press (50kg): 3 sets of 5.
Pleased, because I haven't managed this for a while.
Bench (65kg): 5x5
Just didn't feel ready to go to 67.5kg.
Squat (102.5kg): 3 sets of 5.
Slight increase, happy with that. 105 next time.
Deadlift (125kg): 5.
Another small increase.
Pull-ups (6.25kg): 8, 8, 7.
Been using 5kg for ever, so thought I'd add a bit.
