After about, gee I don't know, 3 months off/slacking, I'm back in the gym for real this time. I'm re-doing a cycle I last completed in April.....Kyle calls is Hypertrophy 'Whatever' Training.......I call it Cycle 2.....either way, I think the program was by far the best for me as far as results go and not to let his head get any bigger than what it already is ( ), but Kyle's just a pure genius when it comes to this stuff.............

Warm up: 2 sets of 10 with 7.5lb DBs
Working set: 3 sets of 8 with 55lbs
Bent-over Rows
Warm up: 2 sets of 10 with 25lbs
Working set: 3 sets of 8 with 60lbs
Shoulder Press
Warm up: 2 sets of 10 with 7.5lb DBs
Working set: 3 sets of 8 with 17.5lb DBs
Side Laterals
Warm up: 2 sets of 10 with 5lb DBs
Working set: 3 sets of 12 with 12.5lb DBs
Cardio: Walking on 10.0 incline at 3.3 speed for 35 minutes.
