Squat: 2x5xbar, 1x5x40kg, 1x5x60kg, 1x3x80kg; 3x5x102.5 Felt good. Moved fast.
Press: 1x5xbar, 1x5x27.5, 1x5x35kg, 1x3x42.5kg; 3x5x50kg.
Deadlift: 1x5x60kg, 1x5x80kg, 1x3x100kg, 1x1x120kg, 1x1x130kg; 1x5x142.5kg. Good set, I think. Between the 1st and 2nd rep, the bar kinda bounced a little bit, which meant I had to wiggly my feet a little bit to get in the middle again.

Today, 23-01-17
Squat: 2x5xbar, 1x5x40kg, 1x5x60kg, 1x3x80kg, 1x2x100kg, 1x1x115kg; 4/5/3x130kg. Didn't feel the groove today. The squats felt clumsy. Bar bounced on the safeties on the 4th rep in the first set and my strength just disappeared on the fourth rep in the 3rd set.
Bench Press: 1x10xbar, 1x5x30kg, 1x5x40kg, 1x3x50kg, 1x2x60kg, 1x1x67.5kg; 2x5 + 1x4x75kg.
Power Clean: 1x3x40kg, 1x3x50kg; 5x3x62.5kg. Felt pretty ok.

Squat: 2x5xbar, 1x5x40kg, 1x5x60kg, 1x3x80kg; 3x5x105kg.
Press: 1x5xbar, 1x5x27.5, 1x5x30kg, 1x3x40kg, 1x2x45kg; 3x5x41kg.
Deadlift: 1x5x60kg, 1x5x80kg, 1x3x100kg, 1x2x110kg, 1x1x127.5, 1x1x142 (misloaded); 1x4.875x145kg. Almost completely locked out the fifth rep, but lost the grip at the top. Did a single a minute later to make up for it.
